Returns policy and warranty

Undamaged kits may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Kits cannot be returned if construction has begun. Email if you have any problems and I will endeavour to work with you to resolve them. In practice the clocks seem to be pretty tough, but due to their open construction and the level of customer involvement in assembling them, no warranty can be offered beyond the 14 day returns period detailed above.
